Providers who process customer content
Companies we work with sometimes need to know exactly who else touches the content their customers send them. This is that list: every outside provider that processes customer conversation content through Runner, what they do with it, and how long they keep it.
This list covers providers that process the content of customer conversations. It is not a list of every service Runner runs on.
The list
Anthropic
- What they do
- Reading support conversations to suggest a category and priority for them.
- What reaches them
- The text of the messages in a single support conversation. No contact records, no account data, no billing information.
- How long they keep it
- Anthropic deletes the conversation text from its systems within 30 days of receiving it.
- Where
- Wherever the provider operates its service. We do not select or guarantee a processing region for this.
Provider retention and deletion details on this page were last checked against the provider's own published documentation on 2026-08-12.
The terms this sits under
Conversation text sent for categorisation is processed under the provider's own commercial terms and data processing addendum, which cover their handling, retention, and deletion of it.
Those terms — not a separate arrangement of ours — are what limit what the provider may do with the text. The provider's commercial terms state it does not train its models on it.
If you need a data processing agreement with us that names this provider as a subprocessor, ask and we will put one in front of you. We will also give you notice before adding a new provider to the list on this page.
